Whipped Tallow Sun Balm

Love that this product has simple ingredients especially for a sunscreen. As a health and wellness provider for over 20 years, ingredients matters to me! I love supporting other small entrepreneurs and a product that is chemical free nontoxic especially a sunscreen with all the normal harsh chemicals that they put in them these days. So thank you for creating this and I love Tallow Products because it’s so close to our own natural skin and it absorbs in so easily and effortlessly! Namaste to you!

Thank you for allowing me to share a review. I am living in south Florida. The sun scorches us here. I have always looked for a safe sun block because I have had Mohs surgery on my nose. I spent the day on the boat for the last few days and I used the Whipped Tallow Sun Balm. My skin has no sign of burning as it has when I have used other sunscreen and my skin feels soft. I have been using it at night as well. I have fewer wrinkles for which I find really amazing! It’s taken 75 years to find this! Again, thank you!

Really like this sunscreen. My only 😑 is that the bugs like it too. Have you found a way to combat that? I work with horses and use your sunscreen to protect my skin from the sun. The gnats like to find me and sit on my skin. Do you experience the same? How can I combat the bugs?

I have been using this product for approximately a month now, and I absolutely love it. The fragrance of lavender is light and subtle. You simply take a pea sized amount and put it in your palms, rub them together for a bit, and then apply to your face (or wherever you may have extra dryness, I've actually been applying this to scars I have as well). My skin feels sooooo soft after using! I love that it offers sun protection, but I love it even more because of its moisturizing effects and that it can be used daily!

Love this stuff! Have tried many different types of mineral and “cleaner” sunscreen, but this is my favorite by far! One note of caution: make sure you follow their instructions to start small with a pea-sized amount. I thought I started small but it was still too much the first time and my face smelled like a grill the whole day. The next time when I started with just a sliver and added more as needed, I didn’t notice a beef smell at all. Coverage was great, no white cast, starts to improve the condition of my skin already. Will definitely reorder. Also love that the packaging is all recyclable.
