At Ritual Organics, we carefully prepare each order with intention and care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we hand-pack each order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We currently offer:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days after shipment)

Free standard shipping on orders over $75
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note: Ritual Organics is based in Hawaii, and while most mainland deliveries arrive within the standard window, occasional transit delays can occur.
Multiple Fulfillment Locations
Some items (such as apparel) may ship separately from our mainland fulfillment partner.
If your order contains multiple product types, you may receive separate tracking numbers and packages.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update within the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [insert support email]. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ritual Organics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

Reach out to the shipping carrier directly
If you believe your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us at [insert support email] within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can assist you.
We handle lost-package claims on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Ritual Organics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside of our control.
